We do not offer free returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse

Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and unused

Any defect or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the address listed on the package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
RETURN PROCESSING
Returns are inspected once received.
If the return meets the conditions listed above, it will be approved and processed within 7 business days after the product arrives at the return facility.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
For this reason:

Order cancellation is generally not possible once the order has been placed

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

In this case, the order must be delivered first and then returned following the return procedure

Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment warehouses.
Because of this:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are already in transit

We recommend providing tracking confirmation when sending a return to ensure faster processing.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed.
